LHS Hurdle and Throw Summer Clinics held at Layton High School. Hurdle camp (Aug. 3-5) will cover proper warm up, sprint drills and technique, block work, hurdle technique, hurdling, yoga, and more. Throw camp (July 10-14) will cover Shot Put, Discus and Javelin. Clinics will be taught by expert coaches with years of experience.
