First Step: Go to: https://forms.gle/h79mNNNtF7CZDG4d6 and fill out the Google form to include mini-cheerleader's name, shirt size, parent info. and liability release. Second Step: Pay the cost of $30.00 per girl. A link will be provided at the end of the Google form in order to make payment. Please put the mini-cheerleader's name in the comment section so we can match it up with the form. If you have multiple girls, please fill out a separate form for each girl and pay separately.
