Coach Jamie West – Coach West has been a track and field coach for 20 years. Coach West has enjoyed coaching hurdlers from all over the State as well as some hurdlers in other states and internationally. She coached India’s 2021 U23 National Champion and worked with 2023’s USA’s U20 400m men’s Champion and Nike Nationals Champion. In Utah, she has coached 8 State Record holders; 23individual state champions in Utah, 5 out of state State Champions, and over 100 state placers in the hurdles (placed top 6). She was asked to speak at the National Hurdle Summit in 2022 and received Utah's assistant track coach of the year in 2025 Coach West loves to teach youth and push them to their best.
