Chase is a 3 year old boy in our Woods Cross High community, who's journey began with unexpected challenges. Chase has a rare genetic condition that affects several parts of his body. He uses a feeding tube, specialized equipment and receives regular therapies through both his school and Shriner's Hospital. With the support of his family and care teams, he continues learning and exploring the world in his own meaningful way. As his family discusses what Chase's wish should be, they are carefully considering what will bring him the most joy. They know he loves motion, music, colorful lights, and being surrounded by people who love him. Whatever the final choice becomes, they see this wish as a chance for Chase to experience something joyful and freeing.
