Welcome to the registration and payment website for the Fall 2018 session of the Davis County Community School program. In order to get an accurate attendance count for each class all registration and payment must be made on-line. Classes are taught at various high schools throughout the county, Layton High (LHS), Clearfield High (CHS), Syracuse High (SHS), Northridge High (NHS), and Woods Cross High (WXHS). Please make sure class and location are double checked before making payment. Room numbers are listed with each class, but on the first day the teacher will meet students inside the front entrance of the school and walk them to the classroom at the appropriate time. REFUNDS: If you cannot attend a class as planned, you may receive a full tuition refund if you notify the Director, David Hopkins via email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least one business/working day(s) before the class starts. You may receive a half refund for the class after the class starts and before the second class begins. Material fees cannot be refunded once the class starts. If Community Education cancels the class, patrons will receive a full refund. If you paid with a credit card, your card will be refunded minus the convenience fee. To request a refund on a class paid with a check or cash, please email David Hopkins your name, mailing address, phone number, a copy of your receipt and the name of the class you are dropping. Refunds for a check payment will only be issued after the check has cleared. All check and cash repayment could take up to three weeks to arrive at your mailing address.
