Krissy was a teacher, an expert at teaching. She taught English, she taught history, she taught science, she taught piano and choir and theatre, she taught the gospel, she taught other teachers how to teach. At home, at church, at school, in her community, anywhere and everywhere she could, she taught. It was her calling, and she fulfilled it with high honors. The scholarship is going to high school seniors who have completed the Teaching as a Profession class at the Catalyst Center and intend on pursuing teaching as a career.
