As Utah's technology sector continues to grow, we know we will never be able to fill all the current and future STEM positions without inspiring more young women to pursue a STEM career, retaining women already working in STEM, and providing a path for women without STEM credentials to enter the STEM workforce. In an effort to address these issues, the Women4STEM Conference was created. The goal of the conference is to showcase outstanding women working in all areas of STEM to inspire, support, mentor, and inform the following target groups - girls in 10th-12th grades, young women in college, women currently in STEM fields, and women wanting to enter the STEM workforce. Our sponsorship levels are PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE. The Women4STEM Committee wants to thank you for your support in this important endeavor.
